At the 2023 conference, themed Black Ingenuity: Lifting Our Community as We Climb, we explored how to grow our careers while continuing to build the communities around us. At the 3 panels (Community Development Panel, Venture Capital Panel, Pivot for Success Workshop) and Keynote attendees heard from inspiring business and community leaders. The insights from these discussions allowed attendees to leave inspired and prepared for their career journeys.

Black INFLUENCE: OUR POWER, OUR LEGACY

37th Annual Conference - MAY 2022

At the 2022 conference, themed Black Influence: Our Power, Our Legacy, AAMBAA and special guests discussed how to navigate various career paths and the obstacles encountered along the way. The topics ultimately evolved to laying the groundwork to have lasting impact in our communities and the multitude of ways that could materialize. Attendees left the engagement feeling empowered and understanding the importance of defining their legacies.
