At the 2023 conference, themed Black Ingenuity: Lifting Our Community as We Climb, we explored how to grow our careers while continuing to build the communities around us. At the 3 panels (Community Development Panel, Venture Capital Panel, Pivot for Success Workshop) and Keynote attendees heard from inspiring business and community leaders.
