At the 2022 conference, themed Black Influence: Our Power, Our Legacy, AAMBAA and special guests discussed how to navigate various career paths and the obstacles encountered along the way. The topics ultimately evolved to laying the groundwork to have lasting impact in our communities and the multitude of ways that could materialize.
