This year the 32nd Annual DuSable Conference builds upon a longstanding legacy of gathering students, alumni, and community members for a day of deep inquiry and meaningful insights. We will discuss how we, as business leaders, can leverage our influence, knowledge, and resources to create real impact in the community. To lead this discussion we have assembled a prominent group of leaders that span the private, public, and non-for profit sectors to share their unique experiences and knowledge on how we can commit to doing good and doing well.
We will hear from: Martin Nesbitt ‘88, Co-CEO of The Vistria Group; Nicholas Epley, Professor of Behavioral Science at Chicago Booth; Don Thompson, former CEO of McDonalds, and many more! We look forward to you joining us at this year’s conference.
History of DuSable
Started in 1985, the DuSable Conference remains today one of the longest running student-led conferences at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with early conferences boasting prominent speakers such as the Honorable Harold Washington, Jesse Jackson, John Rogers, and many more. Year after year the conference convenes Booth students and alums, as well as our colleagues from other schools and across the city of Chicago for robust conversation and powerful networking opportunities on relevant issues of the time.
